Privacy

This page says what HouseData collects about you when you use the website or the service, and what happens to it. The short version: there are no accounts here, no advertising, and nothing is sold.

1. The website

housedata.dev is static pages served by Cloudflare. Cloudflare records standard request logs (IP address, user agent, time, URL) to serve and protect the site. If web analytics is enabled, it is Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not identify visitors. The site sets no cookies of its own.

2. The API and MCP server

Each request is logged with a request id, the route called, the caller's identifier (a marketplace user id or a private key's customer label), timing, and the result status, so that faults can be found, usage counted and abuse stopped. Logs are kept for a limited period in Cloudflare's logging service and then discarded. Request parameters that identify property or place (zpids, addresses, place names) appear in those logs; the content returned is not stored beyond short-lived caches used to serve repeated requests.

On the MCP server, payments are made on the Base blockchain. A payment is public on that chain by design: the paying address, the receiving address, the amount and the time. We see the paying address when a call is settled. We do not link it to any other information about you.

3. Marketplaces

If you subscribe on RapidAPI or run Actors on Apify, those companies hold your account, billing and usage records under their own privacy policies. We see aggregate usage and, where the marketplace provides it, a user identifier, so that limits can be applied.

4. Email

If you email support@housedata.dev, we keep the correspondence to answer it and to issue and support any private access you request. We do not add you to a mailing list.

5. The data the service returns

The service returns information Zillow publishes publicly, including the names and contact details of listing agents and brokers. We process it only to deliver it to you on request; how you use it is governed by our terms and by the law that applies to you. If you are an agent or a homeowner and believe data about you is being misused through this service, write to us and we will act on it.

6. Who else sees data

Cloudflare (hosting, logs, analytics), RapidAPI and Apify (marketplace billing), and Coinbase’s x402 facilitator (payment verification and settlement for MCP calls). Each acts under its own policy. We do not sell data to anyone.

7. Your rights and contact

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to our processing it, by emailing support@housedata.dev. We answer within a reasonable time and in any case within the period the law that applies to you sets.

8. Changes

We may update this page; the date above says when.
